Welcome to the Web site of LinCS 2 Durham HIV Prevention project, a project that brings Durham’s Black community together with scientists to talk, listen, and learn about new ways to prevent HIV. Your access to and use of the LinCS 2 Durham HIV Prevention Web Site ("Site") is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you agree to and are bound by these terms and conditions. The materials, reports, and studies that appear on the Site are for information purposes only. The Site is provided to you "as is," with all faults, and is "as available." The Site, LinCS 2 Durham HIV Prevention project, and their affiliates, agents, and licensors cannot and do not make any guarantee that the Site will be error-free or continuously available, or that the Site will be free of viruses or other harmful components. Electronic News Subscription Policy

The Web site will not sell or otherwise make available to any third party names, emails addresses, postal addresses, or other personal information from its electronic news subscription list. We use a double opt-in system that sends a confirmation email to new subscribers to make sure that they want to be added to the Site’s electronic news subscription list. Subscribers may choose to unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribe information is located at the bottom of each electronic news update that the Site sends to subscribers.

The Site stores all email addresses submitted through its online sign-up form on a secure server hosted by a third party, Groundspring.org. Groundspring.org does not access the contents of the Site’s email address list. The Site will not sell or otherwise make available names, email addresses, postal addresses, or other information from its electronic news subscription list to any third party.
